Delivery

Lovely Large Shoes standard delivery is five working days from despatch.

The charge will be £3.99 for 1 pair: £5.99 for 2 pairs: 3 pairs or more free delivery.

All orders received will be dispatched within two to three days subject to availability. (Please note this service does not operate at the weekends.) There are no deliveries/dispatches on bank holidays. This may affect delivery times.
Express delivery is charged at £6.95 for a single pair. Goods will be delivered three working days from despatch.

How to return or exchange an item

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the footwear unworn within 10 working days. When trying on shoes only walk on carpet.  Please ensure that you keep the goods in its original packaging and we will be happy to exchange or refund the full cost of the item/s.

All items must be returned in original packaging including all labels and your invoice. Postage to be paid by you. Please complete the returns form indicating whether you would like an exchange or refund and return it with your item/s.

Please do not write or stick anything on the shoe box. Lovely Large Shoes does not sell used items and will not accept any returned item(s) with any sign of wear. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Lovely Large Shoes reserves the right to deduct the cost of repackaging for footwear not returned in its original packaging.
Customers returning items outside the 10 day period are accepted/processed at our discretion.

The customer is responsible for the safe return and cost of return of all goods. We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not received in new condition or have been damaged due to insufficient packaging.
All returns should be sent via the post office or courier of your choice. Please use the original mail bag. Lovely Large Shoes suggest you use Recorded Delivery or a similar signed for service. Always obtain proof of postage when returning goods, we cannot be held responsible for return goods lost in transit.

Customers must adhere to the care information to be entitled to a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or exchange if the care information is not followed. We regret that we are unable to accept a complaint once your footwear or clothing has been altered or repaired.

Please note: Always try shoes on carpet to protect the sole – items that have been marked cannot be returned or exchanged. The address for returns is:

Refunds and exchanges

Your statutory rights are not affected when returning purchased goods. Lovely Large Shoes will only grant an exchange or refund, if footwear is returned in its original condition. To ensure this is the case, footwear must be tried on carpeted surface only. Should the footwear appear scratched, marked, soiled, worn or damaged in any way, Lovely Large Shoes will not grant the exchange or refund request.

Lovely Large Shoes does not offer the case (for seeking an exchange or refund), we reserve the right to seek advice from an independent body. In so doing, should the returned product be found to bear no manufacturing defects or failure any guarantees against standard wear and tear, where this is in use, but due to wear and tear, we would not reimburse the cost of postage to the customer.

Refunds: Upon safe receipt of the item/s, a refund will be made to the original card used for the purchase.  Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your return for a credit to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If you exchange an item for another style or size we will send the exchange item free of post and packing charges. Items should be returned, within the 10 day period as with returns above. Please take care in packaging the items so that they are received in a re-saleable condition.

If you request an exchange, and the original purchase included a discount, to keep the discount on your exchange we will only be able to offer you an exchange of the same item in an alternative colour or size. You will be unable to claim a discount for an exchange of a different product. We will attempt to dispatch exchange orders within 7 days of receipt of the return.
